Little Flock
An office at dawn: a folded high-visibility vest, a laptop showing code and a rolled-up plan; through the window, a flock of sheep walks along a road in the mist.

Little Flock

Compliance is the proof of what you already do well.

Our story

Born in the field. Built to prove it.

On a misty country road, a shepherd seen from behind raises his hand towards a truck with its headlights on, while his flock of sheep crosses in front of him.
  1. The field

Out in the field of transport, most companies do good work. Trucks leave on time, goods arrive in good condition, customers come back. And yet one day a client asks for a certificate, an auditor requests a procedure, a tender demands a certification. What was done well cannot be proven. The business goes elsewhere.

  2. The meeting

We have seen this scene dozens of times, each from our own post. In a quality department preparing audits. On a loading dock, then running a site. Behind a screen, building the tools. On the phone with customers, looking after the relationship.

  3. The conviction

We chose a name that says where we stand: Little Flock. The shepherd does not judge the flock. He knows the ground, sees the dangers before they do, and leaves no one behind. We are neither inspectors nor auditors. We walk alongside.

Our conviction fits in one sentence: compliance is not an administrative burden, it is the proof of what you already do well. Everything we build is there to make that proof easy to produce, easy to read, and useful for winning business.

What we build

Three products, three stages of progress.

Each product says what it proves.

  • In beta, programme of ten test carriers.

    ClearGo

    carrier compliance, made readable

A carrier answers a few questions and gets a clear compliance sheet, organised into eight areas: governance, labour and HR, fleet, operations and goods, environment, security and data, subcontracting, customers. The shipper reads the sheet without chasing anyone. Every piece of information carries its status: public, declared, verified or to be confirmed.

Compliance: We do not score, we show where each piece of information comes from.

  • Project under construction.

    Freight exchange

    built around compliance

Compliance: Compliance is the condition of entry, not an option.

  • Under construction.

    TurtleRun

    logistics for film and events

Film shoots, sets, fashion shows, trade fairs: transport with fixed schedules and high-value goods, often handed to subcontractors. TurtleRun is building a tool to organise these flows and keep a record of every step: pick-up, condition of the goods, delivery, return.

Compliance: Insurance matched to the value carried, subcontracting under control, responsible events (in the spirit of ISO 20121).

Our worlds

Four portraits, four worlds.

Four people, four trades, four ways of bringing proof to life.

  • Architectural plans unrolled on a windowsill, a yellow ruler on top and a screen showing a diagram; outside, sheep graze in the golden mist.

    Vivien Closse

    Shikumi, the system

More than fifteen years in quality, health and safety, and environment, in pharma, logistics, services and many other kinds of companies. Integrated management systems, multi-standard ISO certifications, good distribution practice.

Their part in compliance: The common framework — one grid, one vocabulary, standards that hold without him.

  • A high-visibility vest and work gloves on a bench, safety boots on the floor; through the window, a few sheep near a road.

    Wyssam Housseine

    Gemba, the field

Around fifteen years in transport and logistics: the field, operations, management, running sites, then engineering job skills. “Training is a means. Job skills are the core.”

Their part in compliance: Proof is born where the work is done. We validate nothing we have not seen.

  • A laptop showing code in front of a window overlooking a meadow and sheep, a small yellow lamp lit beside it.

    Yoann

    Jidoka, built-in quality

Chief technology officer: product, artificial intelligence, infrastructure.

Their part in compliance: Compliance lives in the machine. The system stops at the first defect, and every piece of data keeps track of who changed it and when.

  • Navy blue and yellow binders perfectly lined up and a wooden pen tray on a worktop, near a window bathed in morning light.

    Laury Martin

    5S and organisation

Seventeen years of customer relations and business development in major energy groups (Butagaz, GRDF, Engie). Today, admin and customer relations for tradespeople and very small businesses, from Toulouse.

Their part in compliance: An auditor only believes what can be found. Every document has its place, every exchange its record.

Wyssam sees. Laury organises. Yoann integrates. Vivien standardises.

Our method

Our compliance principles.

Five principles. They apply to our products as much as to us.

  1. The field comes first.

What we see outweighs what we are told.

  2. Every piece of information says where it comes from.

Public, declared, verified or to be confirmed.

  3. We document what exists.

We do not impose a way of working on you, we make yours demonstrable.

  4. Nothing that cannot be demonstrated.

No invented score, no promise of certification.

  5. No one is left behind.

Small organisations first: they are the ones with the fewest resources to prove it.

We apply it to ourselves

We sell compliance. We start with our own.
